    I started coming here because the one closer to my house was starting to suck so bad.
    I never have any issues with the line moving slow at this location and the staff here is always nice and professional. A young man who rang me up was the first person to ever tell me about the chipotle rewards program. I have truly been missing out because I come to chipotle quite a bit. I downloaded the app and I like it so far.
    The food here is always super fresh & I never have a problem getting in and out of here quickly. This is now my new fave Chipotle location.

    Poor quality food.Virginia employees always manage to give poor quality work and it SHOWS. West coast franchises would never.
    Chipotle bowl sucks. Rice has no flavor of like or cilantro.  chips are old and stale. Guacamole is old and lacks flavor! I'm not even blaming this location because the other chipotle location sucks just as much. It's more so the people here in Virginia that don't care enough to give quality work and food. Unfortunately that's how it is out here. Thank God I don't live here permanently.

    Now... I absolutely LOVE Chipotle. So much so I went twice everyday for 2 weeks at another location, then dialed it back to just lunch because I have a Chipotle addiction. But this visit made me actually write a "not so nice" review. I ordered through the app. My order is in one of the pics. What I got was Chipotle Bean Soup. Whoever made my bowl didn't drain the beans, and my salad ended up having so much excess liquid that the bottom of the bag was wet too. No one wants Chipotle Bean Soup!

    Food is usually good. It's a shame they weren't stocked with any guacamole at the time when I ordered since I was really craving it. Their utensils weren't stocked either unfortunately.

    Theyve cheaped out on the double meat, I ordered 2 bowls, they charged me for 2 bowls, double meat, when i asked why they gave me single meat, they said it was double, $26 worth of food.  I promise if this is their idea of double meat i guess single means no meat at all, it was seriously less than 4 ounces per bowl.  I'm never doing chipotle again.  Go anywhere else
